Job Title: Lawyer – Real Estate Transaction

Job Description: Advise clients concerning real estate transactions, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, and/or claim liability; Prepare the real estate contract and advise clients’ legal rights and obligations of those transactions; Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses; Analyze statutes and judicial decisions to identify underlying principles and apply them to specific problems to produce answers; Meet clients and explain details of the real estate contract; Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecution lawsuit; Prepare closing statement, deed and any further supporting documents to effectuate the completion of the real estate sale; Review legal documents to ensure that they are properly prepared in accordance with the relevant law; Represent clients in court.

Rate of Pay: $35.74/hr

Prevailing Working Conditions: Full-time

Minimum Job Requirements: Real Estate Transaction. Speak/read/write fluent Korean. JD NJ&/NY Bar license. 40 hrs/wk.
